This position exists to develop, establish and grow a Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) business within Business banking as part of FNB Tanzania’s growth strategy. Leading through on the job coaching of a team of frontline sales people to grow the SME portfolio through cross selling to the existing customer base and acquisition of ‘new to bank’ relationships. Promoting the segment internally and externally through collaboration with key stake holders, New product innovation as well as new product implementation through a team of relationship bankers, Instrumental in contributing to the content of the BOS campaign calendar as well as marketing campaigns pertaining to SME, Responsible for portfolio and credit management of the SME existing customer base.
